- You must first call Avanti by phone to ensure that a technician is available to service your request.
- You must have a working, high speed Internet connection to use the Remote Support service.
- Some issues may not be suitable for Remote Support. Your technician will try to determine if this is the case and may advise against using Remote Support.
- The Remote Support service is billed to your established account at a rate of $60/hour in 15 minute increments.
